For every Skin or Piece of Vellum or Parchment, or 7 Sheet or Piece of Paper, upon which any Licence for or Certificate of Marriage, or any Letters of iVlart, fhall he ingrolTed or written, the Sum ot five Shillings. For every Skin or Piece of Vellum or Parchment, Sheet or Piece of Paper upon which any Probate of a Vv^ill, or Letters of Adminiftration, for any Eftate above the Value of twenty Pound,;, fhall be ingroffed or written, the Sum of five Shillings. For every Skin or Fice of Vellum or Parchment, Sheet or Piece of Paper, upon which any Recognizance, Statute- ffaple or Statute-merchant, fhall be ingrolled or written, and entred of P^ecord in any Court or Office, the Sum of five Shillings. For every Skin or Piece of Vellum or Parchment, upon which any Record of Nift f prius or P Jiea fhall be ingroffed or written, the Sum of two Shillings and fix Pence. For every Skin or Commiffioners "Piece of Vellum or Parchment, or Paper, upon v/hich fhall be ingroffed or written any Judgment v/hat- ot S-wers, or in foever, which fhall be figned by the Matter of any Office, or his Deputy or Secondary, or by any Protho-- tl>e Stannary, jjotary or his Secondary, Deputy or Clerk, or any other Officer belonging to any of the Courts at IVtJi- mirifler, who have Power, or ufually doth or fhall fign Judgments, the Sum of two Shillings and fix Pence. For every Skin or Piece of Vellum or Parchment, or Sheet of Paper, upon which any Commiffion ilVuing out of any ecclefiaflical Court, not herein otherwife particularly charged, fhall be ingroffed or written, the Sum of two Shillings and fix Pence. For every Skin or Piece of Vellum or Parchment or Sheet of Paper, upon which any Warrant, Monition, or Perfonal Decree, in any Court of Admiralty, or the Cinque- ports, fhall be ingroffed or written, or upon which any beneficial Warrant or Order under their MajelHes Sign r>/[anual (except Warrants or Orders for the Service of their Majefties Navy, Army, and Ordnance) Courts and Of- fhall be ingrofled or written, the Sum of t ao Shillings and fix Pence. For every Piece of Vellum, Parch- ficersat Sej.'- j^ent or Papsr, upon which any fpecial Bail to be taken in any of the Courts at JVeJhninJter, or before any of the Judges of the faid Courts, or in any other Court whatfoever, that fhall be filed in any of the faid Courts, fhall be ingroffed or written, and for every Piece of Vellum, Parchment, or Paper, upon which fhall be ingroffed or written any Appearance upon fuch fpecial Bail, the Sum of one Shilling. For every .Skin or Piece of Vellum or Parchment, upon which fhall be ingroffed or written any Bill, Anfwer, Replication, Rejoinder, Interrogatories, Depofitions taken by Commiffion, or any other Pleadings what- foever, in the Courts of Chancery, Exchequer, Duchy Court, and County Palatine Courts, or other Courts of Equity, the Sum of one Shilling. For every Skin or Piece of Vellum or Parchment, and for every Sheet or Piece of Paper, upon which any Admiffion into any Corporation or Company, or any Matricu- lation in either of the two Univerfities, or any Admiflion into any of the Inns of Court or Inns of Chan- cery, fhall be ingrofiTed or written, the Sum of one Shilling. For every Piece of Parchment or P^aper, up- on which any Affidavit fhall be ingroffed or written (except Affidavits taken purfuant to the feveral Afts (jjt_ made in the thirtieth and two and thirtieth Years of the Reign of King Charles the Second, for burying in W^oollen, and except fuch Affidavits as fhall be taken before the Officers of their Majeflies Cufloms, or any Juftice or Juftices of the Peace, or before any Commiffioners appointed or to be appointed by any A6t of Parliantent for the affefung or levying any Aids or Duties granted or to be granted to their Ritijefties, and which Affidavits fliall be taken by the faici Officers of the Cufloms, Juftices or Commiffioners, by virtue of their Authoiity as Juflices of the Peace, or Commiffioners refpediveiy, and not otherwife) the Sum of fix Pence. ■ And for every Piece of Parchment or Paper, upon which any Copy of fuch Affidavit, as is herein before charged, that fhall be filed or read in any Court whatfoever, fhall be ingroffed or written, the Sum of fix Pence. For every Skin or Piece of Vellum or Parchment, or Sheet of Paper, upon which fhall be ingroffed or written any Indenture, Leaf;, or Deed Poll, not hereby otherwife charged, the Sam of fix Pence. For every Piece of Vellum or Parchment, or Piece of Paper, upon which any Original Writ (ex- cept fuch Original on which a Writ of Capias ilTues) Subpcena, Bill of Middle/ex, Latitat, Writ of Capias, ^10 Minus, 'Xy'ritof Dedimus Potejiatem to take A.nfvvers, examine Witnefles, or appoint Guardians, andi- any other Writ whatfoever, or any other Procefs or Mandate that fhall ilfue out of or pafs the Seals of any^ Pamphlets, &c. of the Courts at Wejlminjler, Courts of the Great Seffions in JVales, Courts in Counties Palatine, or anyi by 10 Ann. e. other Court whatfoever holding Plea, where the Debt or Damage doth amount to forty Shillings or above, 19. §. 100 & oj. the Thing in Demand is of that Value, Ihall be ingroffed or written, the Sum of fix Pence.
