And for afcertainin^ the Values of any unrated Goods imported before the faid eighth Day of ficient. Aiarch one thoufand feven hundred and three, from the EaJ} Indies and China, or any other Parts within Unrated Gooas the Limits aforefaid, by the two Companies impowered to. trade thither, or either of them; it is hereby how to be afces- further ena£led. That the Oath of two Direfiors or Members of the Committee of the faid Companies fhall be "med. admitted to affirm the Value of fuch Goods fo already imported, according to which the Duties ad valorem for the fame are to be paid; any former A<fl or AtSts of Parliament or Ufage to the contrary notwithftanding. XVL And be it further enafted by the Authority aforefaid. An ASl for granting an Aid to her Majejiy by contimi'ing the Duties upon Malt, 7l/z;w, and 650,000!. Cyder, and Perry, fir one Year, any Sum or Sums of Money, not exceeding in the whole fix hundred and "P°" 'f '^^l' fifty thoufand Pounds, including all Loans made thereupon; and that all Perfons who fhall have lent upon ^a a& jAnnaej the faid Credits, or either of them, fhall have Interefl ior the Forbearance of their refpeftive Loans by them made, or to be made, after the Rate of five Pounds -per Centvm per Annum, to be paid every three 5'- percent.
