C. 6. 275 and be for ever incapable of any Office or Place of Truft, and fhall anfwer and pay Treble Damages to every Contributor or Perfon who (hall be prejudiced thereby, to be recovered by A61:ion of Debt, Bill, Plaint, or Information in any of her Majefty's Courts of Record at IVeftminJhr, wherein no EfToin, Proteiftion, Privilege of Parliament, or other Privilege, Wager of Law, Injunftion, Order of Reftraint, or more than one Imparlance ftiall be granted or allowed ; and in the faid Action the Plaintiff upon Re- covery fhall have full Cofts, one third of which Sum to be recovered for Damages, fliall be to the Ufe of her Majefiry, her Heirs and Succeflbrs, and the other two third Parts with the Cofts fliall be to the Ufe of the Profecutor ; and in cafe there fliall be any Collufion or Feint Profecution between the Plaintiff and Defendant in fuch Aftion, it fhall be lawful for any other Contributor, his or her Executors, Admi- iiiftrators or Affigns, to "bring another A6lion, wherein he or fhe fhall recover, as aforefaid, to the like Ufes, as aforefaid. XX. Provided alfo, and it is hereby enafted.
