Paper, &c. that LVII. Provided always, and be it further enaiSed by the Authority aforefaid. That it fliall and may be hath paid the lawful to and for any Perfon or Perfons, who fliall have aftually paid her Majefty's Duties by this A£t pay- Duty, may be ^j^ig f^j. j^j^y Quantity of Papep, Paftboard, Mildboard, and Scaleboard whatfoever, made in Great Britain, Secuiity' &c, '^"^ imported into the fame, or for any fuch printed, painted, or ftained Paper, as aforefaid, and to and for ' ' any other Perfon or Perfons who fhall buy, or be lawfully entitled to any fuch Quantity of Paper, or any other the Goods laft- mentioned, from the faid Perfon or Perfons who aftuaily paid her Majeffy's Duties for the fame, to export fuch Paper, Paftboard, Mildboard, or Scaleboard, or printed, painted, or ftained Pa- per, for any Foreign Parts, by way of Merchandize, giving fulHcient Security before the Shipping thereof for Exportation, that the particular Quantities of fuch Commodities which fhall be intended to be exported, as aforefaid, and every Part thereof, fhall be fliipped rnd exported ; and that the fame, or any Part thereof, fhall not be relanded or brought again into any Part or Parts of Great Britain : Which Security the Cuftomer or Colleiflor of the relpeftive Port of fuch Exportation, is hereby directed and authorized to take, in her Majefl-y's Name, and to her Ufe. Paper, &c. LVIII. Provided always. That if after the Shipping any fuch Paper, or other the Commodities laft-men- r't"d^'-^th' tioned, to be exported, as aforefaid, and the giving or tendring fuch Security, as aforefaid, in order to Value, obtain the Allowance or Drawback herein after-mentioned, the Paper or other Commodities fo fhipped to be exported, or any Part thereof, fliall be relanded in any Part of Great Britain, that then, and in every fuch Cafe (over and above the Penalties of the Bond, which fliall be levied and recovered to her Majefty's Ufe) all the Paper and Commodities which fhall be fo landed, or the Value thereof, fhall be forfeited. LIX. And it is alfo hereby enafted. That any Perfon or Perfons, who fliall export any Paper, or any On Oath that Paftboard, Mildboard, or Scaleboard, or any fuch printed, painted, or ftained Paper, as aforefaid, to any the D"ty has Fort ign Parts, fhall or may make Proof upon Oath, or by fuch Affirmation refpeftively, as aforefaid, that been paid ov j|^p Diitics therL'of have been paid or fecured, according to this A(ft (wh'ch Oath or Affirmation the Col- cn^Detemrc 'cttor who received the faid Duties is hereby required and impowered to adminifter) and thereupon the faid froiT- the Cu- Cuitomer or Colleftor of the faid Port of Exportation, fhall give to the Exporter thereof a Debenture, ftomcr, &c. expieffing the true Quiantities and Kinds of fuch Commodities fo exported, and the Exportation thereof Coijeflrr tr re- being Certified by the Searcher upon the faid Debenture, the Collector appointed to receive the faid Duties fay the Duties, ^p^j^ Paper in fuch County or Place where the fame were exported (upon producing the faid Debenture fo ceitified to' him) fliall forthwith pay the Duties which fliall have been received upon this Act, for the Paper, Paftboard, Mildboard and Scaleboard fo exported, to the Perfons or Agents fo exporting the fame ; and if fuch Collector fliall not have Money in his Hands to pay any fuch Debenture, then the faid refpective Com- .miffioners for the faid Duties of Paper, are hereby required to pay, .or caufe to be paid, the faid Debenture out of any Duties upon Paper arifing by this Act ; or if the Duty of fuch Commodities aforefaid fo exported, were only fecured, and fhall remain unpaid, then the fame fliail be difcharged, upon the Security for the fame ; any thing in this A& contained to the contrary notwithftanding. All the Powers LX. And be it further enafted by the Authority aforefaid, That all and every the Powers, Dire£fions, in 12 Car, a. Rules, Penalties, Forfeitures, Claufes, Matters, and Things, which in and by an Ail made in the twelfth c. 24. and other Year of the Reign of King Charles the Second, intituled, Jn ASl for taking away the Court of TVards and Eitcife Afts, to Biveries, a?id Te/jures ]n Caplte, a)id by Knights Service, and Purveyance, and for fettling a Revenue upon his ml^lTn'^x^di ^-^j^-ft-l'^^ ^'^'^^^'^^■f Of t)y ^"V Other Law now in force, relating to her Majefty's Revenue of Jixcife Duties. upon Beer, Ale, and other Liquors, are provided and eftablifhed for managing, railing, levying, collefling, mitigating, or recovering, adjudging, or afcertaining the Duties hereby granted, or any of them (other than in fuch Cafes for which other Penalties and Provifions are made and prefcribed by this Aft) fhall be praftifed, ufed, and put in Execution, in and for the managing, raifing, levying, collefting, m.itigating, re- covering, and paying the faid Duties upon Paper, and other the Commodities lall mentioned hereby granted, durins
