An Ait for enlarging the Term and Powers granted in and by an Act made in the tenth Year of her late Ma- jelly Queen Anne, For enlarging, amending, and main- tailing the Road betvsem Northfleet, Gravefend, and Ro- chefter, in the County of Kent ; and alfo another Act made in the eleventh Year of his late Majefty King George the Firft, For enlarging the Term granted by the J aid former Alt, and for other Furpofes therein mentioned, and for explaining and amending the faid Acts ; and alfo for repairing the Highway from Northfleet aforefaid to Dartford in the faid County. 38. An Act for veiling the Real and Perfonal Eftate of Hugh' Naijh Efquire, who was late a Prifoner in his Majefty's Prifon of the Fleet, and efcaped out of the fame, in Truftees, for the Benefit of his Creditors. 39. An Act to enable the Adventurers, Owners, and Proprietors of the taxable Lands, and the Owners and Proprietors of the Free Lands in Deeping Fens, and other Fens in the County of Lincoln therein mentioned, to raife a competent Sum of Money for the effectual draining and future Prefervation of all the faid Fens, ac- cording to their Agreement in that Behalf, and to carry the faid Agreement into Execution, and. for other the Purpofes therein mentioned. A N Act for naturalizing Abraham Blydejleyn. j. z - An Act for veiling the Manor of Goldborn, Part of the fettled Eftate of II- illiam Duke of Devon/hire, in the County of Lancajler, in the faid Duke and his Heirs, and for fettling the Manor of Black-wall in the County of Derby in lieu thereof, to the like Ufes. 3. An Act for veiling divers Lands and Hereditaments in the Counties of Kent, Suffex, Effex, Hereford, and Mon- v.outh, and the City of London, entailed by the Will of Elizabeth late Duchefs of Bedford, in "John Duke of Bedford in Fee Simple, and for fettling other Eftates in the" Counties of Bucks and Hertford of greater Value to the like Ufes, in lieu thereof. 4. An Act for veiling certain Lands and Hereditaments in the Kingdom of Ireland, Part of the fettled Filiate of Richard Earl of Burlington and Corke, in Truftees to be fold for Payment of Debts, and for fettling other Lands and Hereditaments of greater Value to the fame Ufes. 5. An Act for explaining and amending a certain Trull and Power contained in the Settlement made on the Marriage of Richard Lord Vifcount Mo/yneux of the Kingdom of Ireland, with Mary Lady Molyneux his now Wife, for railing Portions for the Daughters of the faid Marriage, and for the better afcertaining and more ef- fectually fecuring the laid Portions. 6. An Act to diffolve the Marriage of Sir William Mo- rice Baronet, with Lady Lucy Wharton, and to enable him to marry again, and for other Purpofes therein mentioned. 7. An Act to enable Sir Bryan Broughton Baronet, an In- fant, to enter into Marriage Articles, notwithftanding his Infancy. 8. An Act for exchanging Part of the Glebe Lands and Hereditaments belonging to the Rector of Stratford Toney in the County of Wilts, for other Lands belong- ing to the Lord of the Manor. 9. An Act to enable Truftees to grant building Leafes of certain Meffuages in the Parifhes of Saint Martins in the Fields, and Saint Clement Danes in the County of Middlefex, late the Eftate of Henry May Efquire, deceafed. 10. An Act for confirming the Sale of the Leafehold E- ftate late of Barnaby Coles Gentleman, deceafed, and for veiling his Freehold Eftates in Truftees, to be fold for Payment of his Debts. 11. An Act to enable the Guardian of Amy Symes and Ca- therine Symes, Infants, to join in making Leafes of Lands in the Counties of Somerfet and Devon with the other Owners thereof, during the Minority of the faid Infants. iz. An Act for confirming and eftablifhing an Agreement between William Studholm Gentleman, and Cnthbcrt Hodgfon Gentleman, in relation to the Will and Eftate of Michael Studholm Efquire, deceafed. 13. An Act for Sale of Part of the Eftate late of Robert Packer Efquire, deceafed, in the County of Berks, for difcharging Incumbrances thereupon. 14. An Act for veiling certain Mills, Lands and Here- ditaments in the Parifhes of Ware and Great Amwell in the County of Hertford (being Part of the Eftate of Thomas Plummer Byde Efquire, an Infant, and com- prized in his Grandfather's Marriage Settlement) in the Governor and Company of the New River brought from Chadwell and Amwell to London, and their Succeflbrs and for fecuring a perpetual Rent Charge in lieu thereof' for the Benefit of the Perfons claiming under the faid Settlement. 15. An Act for enabling John Sowton to make a Leafe or Leafes of certain Meffuages and Tenements, and a Wharf therein mentioned, fituate in the Parifh of St. Andrew Wardrobe in the City of London. id. An Act to enable Dorothea Clerk to fell Lands in the County of Dumfries, for Payment of Debts charg- ed thereupon, and to purchafe other Lands to be fettled to, the fame Ufes, as the Eftate to be fold is fettled. 17. An Act to enable John Nairn to fue or maintain any Action or Suit, notwithftanding his Attainder; and to remove any Difability in him, by Reafon of his faid Attainder, to take or inherit any Real or Perfonal Eftate that may or fna]l hereafter defcend or come to him. 18. An Act to enable William Douglas, eldeft lawful Son to Sir Robert Douglas of Glenbcrvie, Baronet, to fue or maintain any Action or Suit, notwithftanding his At- tainder; and to remove any Difability in him, by Rea- fon of his faid Attainder, to take or inherit any Real or Perfonal Eftate that may have defcended or come to him fince his late Majefty's moft gracious Pardon, dated the fixth Day of February in the fixth Year of his Reign, or that fhall hereafter defcend or come to him. 3 19.
