An Act to empower the Court of Lord Mayor and Aldermen of the City of London to fet the Price uport all Coals, commonly called Sea Coals, imported into the Port of London from Newcaftle and the Ports- adjacent thereunto, for the Space of one Year ; and to oblige, for the Term therein mentioned, Fit- ters and others vending and loading Ships with Sea-Coals at Newcaftle and the Ports adjacent there- unto, to deliver fuch Coals to any Mafters of Ships applying for the fame ; and for further obliging Buyers and Sellers of Sea-Coals at Billing/gate or other Place of Sale within the Bills of Mortality, to fign their Contracts for Coals ; and for the Admeafurement of all Carriages whatfoever ufed in loading. Ships with Coals in the Port of Newcaftle and Members thereunto belonging. AND whereas by an Act made in the third Year of his prefent Majefty's Reign, intituled, An Acl 3 Ceo. 3. c. 26 ' jtJL for the better Regulation of the Coal Trade, it was enacted, That from and after the twenty- ' fourth Day of June one thoufand (even hundred and thirty, all Bargains or Contracts for Coals between ' Buyer and Seller at the Market of Billingfgate, or other Place of Sale within the Bills of Mortality, fliall ' by the Crimp or Factor who has the Difpofal of fuch Coals, be fairly entered, with the Conditions
- thereof, in the Pocket or other Book of fuch Crimp or Factor, fubferibed by the Seller and the Buyer,
