May it pleafe Tour moft Excellent Majefty, H E R E A S great Benefit and Advantage did accrue to England by one Act of Parliament paiTed in the eighteenth Year of the Reign of his Majefty King Charles the Second, intituled^ An Aft for encouraging of Coinage, and continued by another Act made in the twenty-fifth Year or the Reign of his laid Majefty King Charles, intituled, An Aft for continuing 'a former Ae7 con,. Coinage ; both which faid Acts were revived by an Act made in the fifft Year of the Reign of his Ma- jefty King James the Second, and were continued by an Act made in the fourth Year of the Xe'gn of King William and Queen Mary of glorious Memory, and were further continued by an flfet made in the twelfth Year of the Reign of the faid late King William, and were further continued by an Act made in the feventh Year of the Reign of her late.
