C. 6--12. 329 Majefty, his Heirs and Succeflbrs, for and upon all Wines, Vinegar, Cyder and Eccr, which fhall be" imported or brought into Great Britain within or during the Space of feven Years to commence from the firft Day of March one thoufand feven hundred and thirty-eight, and until the End of the firft SeiTion of Parliament then next following, and no longer ; and that all the faid former Acts, and all other Acts of Parliament concerning Coinage, and every of them, and every Claufe, Article and Sentence in them or any of them contained, now being in Force, (hall be and arc by virtue of this Aft continued, and (hall be in Force, and be duly put, in Execution for and during all fuch Time and Term as are before mentioned, as fully and effectually as if the fame were particularly repeated and re-enacted in the Body of this prefent Act ; any former Law, Statute, Provifion, Mat- ter or Thing whatfoever, to the contrary notwithftanding. II. And to the End the Importers of Gold and Silver into the Mints of England and Scotland refpectively may not be difcouraged by any Deficiency of the Revenue by this Act fettled for de- fraying the Coinage thereof; Be it further enacted by the Authority aforcfaid, That it (hall an d may Trcafaryteiffte be lawful to and for the Commifiioners of the Treafury, or any three or more of them now being, defraying'tiie" or the Lord High Treafurer, or any three or more of the Commifiioners of the Treafury for the Exptnces of tiie time being, and they are hereby impowered and directed, out of the Monies ariiing by this Act, or Mints, out of any other publick Supplies granted or to be granted by Parliament, to caufe fo much Money to be applied as fhall be neceiTary for defraying the Expences of the faid Mints of England and Scot- land refpectively, by way of Impreft, and upon Account for that Service ; fo as the fame, together with the Coinage Duties arifing by this Act, do not exceed in any one Year the Sum of fifteen thoufand Pounds ; and fo as the faid Monies be iffued out of the Exchequer of Great Britain to the not e>«j eedin S Mafter of the Mint in England, and the Matter of the Mint in Scotland refpectively, for the faid J&ntTm ? An Act for repairing the Roads from the North welt Parts of the County of Lincoln, through Nettlam- fields, Wragby-lane and Baumber-fields, to the Wolds, or North-eait Part of the faid County. P R. Certain Tolls are granted from 24 June 1739, for 21 Years. CAP. XI. An Act for enlarging the Term and Powers granted by an Act pafTed in the fixth Year of the Ps.eign of his prefent Majefty, for repairing the Road from Fyfield in the County of Berks, to Saint John's Bridge in the County of Gloucefler ; and for repairing the Roads from an Inn called The Hind's Head in the Pariih of King ft on Bagpuze, in the faid County of Berks, to that Part of Newbridge which ftands in the faid County of Berks. P R. The Tolls of 6 Geo. 2. c. 16. are farther continued for 21 Years. CAP. XII. An Act for repairing the Roads from Bakewell to Chejlerfield in the County of Derby, and from Crcjler- Jidd to IVorkJopp in the County of Nottingham, and from Chejlerfield to the Place where the Northern Road meets the Chejlerfield Road, which leads to Mansfield, in the faid County of Nottingham.
