V. And be it further enacted by the Authority atorefaid, That the faid Annuities or yearly Rents The faid An-

and payable by and from the immediate Hands of all and every the Commiffioners, Farmers, Trea- bepald ' furers or Receivers for the time being of the faid Revenues refpeetively, upon which the faid feveral and refpective Annuities or yearly Sums of fifteen thoufand Pounds, and twenty-four thoufand Pounds, or any Part or Parts thereof, (hall be charged, without any Fees or Charges to be demanded or taken for paying the fame or any Part thereof; and the Acquittance or Acquittances, Receipt or Receipts of his faid Royal Highnefs the Duke of Cumberland, and the Heirs of his Body, and of fuch other Perfon or Perfons as (hall be intitled to receive any Part of the faid Annuity of fifteen thou- fand Pounds as aforefaid, and of their faid Royal Highneffes the Princefles, or the Survivors or Sur- vivor of them, or of fuch of them as (hall be intitled to the faid Annuity of twenty-four thoufand Pounds, or any Part thereof, or of any Perfon or Perfons authorized by them refpeetively for that Purpofe, fhall be a good and fufficient Difcharge for the Payment thereof, without any further or other Warrant to be fued for, had or obtained in that Behalf; and that the faid yearly Sums or to be Tax-free. Annuities, and every Part thereof, (hall be free and clear from all Taxes, Impofitions and other publick Charges whatfoever ; and that if the Officers of the Receipt of his Majefty's Exchequer, or ° n Non-pay- the faid Commiffioners, Farmers, Treafurers or Receivers for the time being of any of the faid Du- b^^covercd' ties or Revenues, upon which the faid feveral and refpective Annuities or yearly Sums of fifteen thoufand Pounds, and twenty-four thoufand Pounds, or any Part or Parts thereof, fhall be charged as aforefaid, fhall refufe or neglect to pay the faid feveral and refpective Annuities or yearly Sums, or any Part thereof, according to the true Intent of this Act, and of fuch Letters Patent or Letters Patents, Indenture or Indentures, to be granted by his Majefty as aforefaid ; then his faid Royal Highnefs the Duke of Cumberland, and the Heirs of his Body, and fuch other Perfon or Perfons as (hall be fo intitled to receive any Part of the faid Annuity of fifteen thoufand Pounds as aforefaid, and the faid Princefles, or the Survivors or Survivor of them, or fuch of them as fhall be intitled to receive the faid Annuities refpeetively, or either of them, or any Part thereof, or fuch their Tru- ftees respectively, may from time to time fue, profecute and implead fuch Officers, Commiffioners, Farmers, Treafurers or Receivers, or any of them, or all or any of their Securities, their Heirs, Executors and Adminiftrators, by Bill, Plaint or Action of Debt, and fliall and may recover Judg- ments, and fue out Executions thereupon, againft fuch Officers, Commiffioners, Farmers, Treafurers or Receivers refpeetively, and their refpective Securities, their Heirs, Executors or Adminiftrators, for fo much of fuch Sum or Sums of Money then due and owing upon the faid feveral and refpective Rents or Annuities of fifteen thoufand Pounds, and twenty-four thoufand Pounds, or any Part there- of, as fhall have been in the Hands of fuch Officers, Commiffioners, Farmers, Treafurers or Re- ceivers refpeetively, at the time and times when fuch Demand lhall be made of the Payment of the faid feveral and refpective Annuities or yearly Sums, or any Part thereof as aforefaid. VI.
