' Declaration, bearing Date the twenty-ninth Day of March one thoufand feven hundred and forty-four, ' to grant that the Flag Officers, Commanders and Officers, Seamen, Marines and Soldiers on board ' every Ship or Veffel of War in his Majefty's Pay, and on board Privateers, fhall have the fole Intereft
- and Property of and in all and every Ship, Veflel, Goods and Merchandizes and Effects, which they
- fhall take during the Continuance of this War againft France, being firfl adjudged lawful Prize in any
' of his Majefty's Courts of Admiralty of Great Britain or Ireland, or any of his Plantations in America, c or other Dominions of Great Britain: And whereas by an Act made in the thirteenth Year of his Ma- %l Geo. 1, c. 4. ' jefty's Reign, intituled.
