Benefit of the faid Bounty;' For Remedy thereof, Be it enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That if any, of the Collectors of the Cuftoms in any of the Out-ports in South Britain, or of any Port in North Britain, fhall not have fufficient Mo- ney in his Hands, arifing by the faid additional Duty, to fatisfy and pay filch Bounty which fhall be due. to any Exporter, or Seller for Exportation, of Britijh or Irijh Linnens as aforefaid, that then fuch Col-' CuirctT-or^o give lector of any of any of the faid Out-ports in South Britain, fhall (if required) give to the Perfon inti- a Certificate i tied to fuch Bounty, a Certificate, without Fee or Reward, under his Hand, attefted by the Comptroller, .
