And whereas by means of pulling down and taking away the Houfes upon the faiJ Bridge, and ' contiguous thereto, a great Deficiency will happen in the Poor's Rates of the faid Parifhes o( S3.:m A/arnus ' and Saint Ol'jve's, and the Land Tax heretofore all'efled upon Account o^ fuch Houfes, mufl be raifed'^and.
