A.D. 1762. Anno tertio Georgii III. C. 12; 27 the faid Duty of four Shilling per Hogfhead fhall be paid by the Importer from the faid Iflands, or either of them, before the Landing thereof, to the Collector or other Officer of Excife, at the Port to which fuch Cyder or Perry fhall be brought; and upon Negleft or Refufal to pay the faid on Penalty oF being Duty, fuch Cyder or Petry fhall be forfeited, and fhall and may be feized by any Officer of ftlzed and forfeited.
