- The House of Representatives has legislative, budgeting and supervisory functions.
- In carrying out its functions, in addition to the rights regulated in other articles of this Constitution, the House of
Representatives holds the right of interpellation, the right of inquiry, and the right of expression.
- In addition to the rights regulated in other articles of this Constitution, every member of the House of Representatives has the right to submit questions, the right to propose suggestions and express opinions, as well as the right of immunity.
- Further provisions regarding the rights of the House of Representatives and the rights of members of the House of Representatives are regulated by law.
