Further provisions regarding the procedures for making laws are regulated by law.

The members of the House of Representatives may be discharged from their offices, according to conditions and procedures which is regulated by law.
CHAPTER VIIA REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL
Article 22C
The members of the Regional Representative Council are elected from every province through a general election.
The number of the Regional Representative Council members from every province is the same and the total number of the Regional Representative Council members is not exceed one third of the total members of the House of Representatives.
The Regional Representative Council holds a session at least once a year.
The structure and position of the Regional Representative Council is regulated by law.
Article 22D
The Regional Representative Council may propose to the House of Representatives draft law related to regional autonomy, the relations of central and local government, formation, expansion and merger of regions, management of natural resources and other economic resources, and draft law related to the financial balance between the center and the regions.
