DRY PORK ON RICE

3 cups rice
1 pound dry pork

(a) Wash the rice 3 times. Put in a covered pan with 7 cups of water and cook until done.

(b) Place the pork on top of the rice. When dry remove to the back of the stove. Shake the pan frequently to prevent burning. Remove from the stove and keep the cover on for 10 minutes.

(c) Take out the pork and cut into the required size.

(d) Add salt and mix well.
