GRAY POTATO PUDDING

1 cup dry pork
1 cup dry shrimp
1 cup dry Chinese olives
1 cup dry Chinese frankfurters
1 cup dry Chinese onions
2 pounds gray potatoes
1 pound Chinese gim-flower

(a) Cut into small pieces the pork, shrimp, olives, frankfurters, and onions.

(b) Pare the potatoes. Rub them on a rough grater, or on a board having plenty of nails pointing out 1/16 inch.

(c) Mix all of the ingredients together with 2 bowls of plain cold water. Salt to suit the taste.

(d) Put into a suitable pan and steam for 1 hour.
