NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Edwin Shelton and George Shelton, of Birmingham, in the County of Warwick, Timber and Slate Merchants, was dissolved on the 31st day of December 1835.—Witness the hands of the parties this 6th day of January 1836.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between us the undersigned, George Ball and Charles Johnson, in Bowl-Yard, Saint Giles', in the County of Middlesex, as Ale and Porter Brewers, has been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due and owing will be received and paid by the new firm of Johnson and Wyatt.—Dated this 21st day of August 1835.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership lately subsisting and carried on by William Burton and Henry Jeffery, whose names are hereunder written, at No. 92, Broad-street, Ratcliff, Shipping Butchers, was this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that the business will in future be carried on by the said Henry Jeffery, at Broad-Street aforesaid, by whom all debts due from and owing to the said Partnership will be received and paid.—Dated this 31st day of December 1835.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Heinrich Johann Merck and Florentin Theodar Schmidt, both of the City of Hamburgh, in Germany, and Gerhard Friedrick Thode, of Manchester, in England, as Merchants, and carried on at Manchester, under the firm of H. J. Merck and Co. was this day dissolved by mutual consent.—Dated the 31st day of December 1835.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, William Rathbone, Richard Rathbone, James Powell, and Edward Dearman, as Merchants and Factors, at Liverpool, in the County of Lancaster, under the firm of Rathbone, Brothers, and Company, is this day dissolved, so far as regards the said Richard Rathbone, who retires from the concern. The business will in future be carried on by the said William Rathbone, James Powell, and Edward Dearman, under the above firm.—Dated at Liverpool, this 1st day of January 1836.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Samuel Oughton, John Ashworth, and Samuel Hobday Oughton, as Silk Manufacturers, at Newton-Heath, and at Manchester, in the County of Lancaster, under the firm of Oughton and Ashworth, was dissolved on the 15th day of October last, by mutual consent: As witness the hands of the parties.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, John and Edward Robinson, of Skipton, in the County of York, Grocers and Tea-Dealers; heretofore carrying on trade in Skipton aforesaid, as Grocers and Tea Dealers, under the firm of John and Edward Robinson, was dissolved on the 21st day of October last, by mutual consent; and that all debts owing to the said Partnership or firm are to be received by the said Edward Robinson; and all persons to whom the said Partnership stands indebted are requested immediately to send in their respective accounts to the said Edward Robinson, in order that the same may be examined and paid by him: As witness our hands this 2d day of January, in the year of our Lord 1836.
