NOTICE is hereby given, that Hie Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, William Stanhope Sawtell and John White Welch, of No. 27, Austin-Friars, in the City of London, Importers and Dealers in Spirits, is this day dissolved by mutual consent. All outstanding claims on the Partnership will be liquidated by J. W. Welch, who is authorised to receive the debts owing to the firm.—Witness our hands this 31st day of December 1835.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore carried on between us the undersigned, William Skeat and John Elger, as Builders, in Park-Lane and Mount-Street, or elsewhere, in the County of Middlesex, under the firm of Skeat and Elger, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due and owing from and to the said firm are to be paid and received by the said John Elger.—Dated this 7th day of January 1836.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between us the undersigned, Charles Whiteley, of Halifax, in the County of York, and Thomas Milne Whiteley, of the same, place, as Hatters, and carried on at Halifax aforesaid, under the style or firm of Wbiteley and Son, was this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that all debts due to and owing from the said Partnership concern are to be received and paid by the said Charles Whiteley, who is duly authorised to receive and pay the same: As witness our hands this 31st day of December 1835.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, John Strongitharm Stanley, Ely Cryer, and Joseph Garside, carrying ou business at Ashton-under-Lyme,in the County of Lancaster, as Machine-Makers and Iron-Founders, under the firm of S. S . Stanley and Company, was this day dissolved by mutual consent and that all debts due to and from the said Partnership will be received and paid by the said John Strongitharm Stanley and Ely Cryer.—Dated this 1st day of January 1836.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Thomas Parkinson and Robert Henry Parkinson, as Oil-Merchants, Lamp-Manufacturers, and Ironmongers, and carried on under the style or firm of T. and R. H . Parkinson, at No. 79, Oxford-Street, in the Parish of Saint Mary-le-bone, in the County of Middlesex, was, on the 31st day of December 1835, dissolved by mutual consent; and that all debts owing to or by the said late Partnership concern will be received and paid by the said Robert Henry Parkinson, by whom the said business will in future be carried on, upon his own account.—Witness our bands this 7th day of January 1836.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership in the trade or business of Common Brewers and Porter Dealers, heretofore carried on in the City of Chester, by Elizabeth Seller and William Sage, under the firm of Seller and Sage, is dissolved from and after the 31st day of December 1835, by mutual consent; and that the business will in future be carried on by the said Elizabeth Seller, as sole acting Executrix of William Seller, deceased, and by Samuel Seller and William John Seller.—Witness our hands this 28th day of December 1835.

NOTICE is.hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between me, the undersigned Thomas Bowers, and Thomas Blackstock, late of Mancbuster, in the County of Lancaster, as Spinners and Power Loom Manufacturers, carried on at Levenshulnie Mills, in the said County, under the firm of Thomas Bowers and Co. (which Partnership was under a verbal agreement only, and for no time certain, but dissoluble at the will of either of the parties thereto), was, as far as lay in my will and power, dissolved by me the undersigned Thomas Bowers, from and since the 19th day of May last: As witness my hand the 19th day of December 1835. £3300, with Accumulations of Interest, under the Will of William Guest, Gentleman, who died at Bridgnorth, in the month of October, in the year 1812, distributable amongst the Second Cousins of the Testator living on the 23d day of September last, the day on which the Surviving Annuitant died.

ALL persons of the degree of relationship of second cousin to the Testator, William Guest, living at the period last before-mentioned, or, if since dead, their legal representatives, are therefore required to make out their claims of relationship, without delay, and deliver proofs of such claims to the Bailiffs of the Borough of Bridgnorth, in the County of Salop, the Trustees under the skid will, or at the Office of Mr. Smith, Town-Clerk, Bridgnorth.

At the expiration of two years from the said 23d of September, no claim can be admitted.

WHEREAS by a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, made in a cause Middleton versus Ford, it was (amongst other things) referred to James William Farrer, Esq. one of the Masters of the said Court, to enquire and state to the Court whether any and what debts contracted in England or Wales, and which were due and owing from Samuel Pryce Edwards, nephew of Samuel Pryce, late of the Tdwn of Brecon (which said Samuel Pryce Edwards is supposed to have died in the East Indies), at the time of his death are now due and owing:—any persons claiming to be Creditors of the said Samuel Pryce Edwards are forthwith, by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts before the said Master, at his Chambers, in Southampton-Buildings; Chancery-Lane, London, or in default thereof they will be excluded the benefit of the said Decree.

PURSUANT to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, made in a cause Middleton versus Ford, the Creditors of Ann Edwards, late of South Cerney, in the County of Gloucester, Widow, deceased (who died-on or about the 11th day of August 1834), are forthwith, by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts before James William Farrer; Esq. one of the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers, in Southampton-Buildings, Chancery-Lane, London, or in default thereof they will be excluded the benefit of the said Decree.

PURSUANT to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery made in a cause of Marshall against Allinson, the Creditors of the Reverend John Monkhouse, Rector of'Bramshott, in the County of Southampton, and Fellow of Queen's College, Oxford (who died in the month of October 1828), are, on or before the 1st.day of February 1836, to come in and prove their debts before Sir Giffin Wilson, Knt. one of the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers, in Southampton-Buildings, Chancery-Lane, London, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded the benefit of the said Decree.

PURSUANT to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, made in a cause of Marshall against Allinson, the Next of Kin of the-Reverend John Monkhouse, Rector of Bramshott, in the County of Southampton, and Fellow of Queen's College, Oxford (who died in the month of October 1823), living at at his decease, or the personal representative or representatives of any of them who may have since died, are, by their Solicitors, on or before the 1st day of February 1836, to come in and prove their kindred and make out their claims before Sir Giifin Wilson, Knt. one of the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers, in Southampton-Buildings, Chancery-Lane, London, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded the benefit of the said Decree.
