PURSUANT to a Decree of His Majesty's Court of Exchequer at Westminster, made in a cause of Jones and others versus Jones and others, the Creditors of David Jones, late of Gwalrhedin, in the Parish of Cilycwm, in the County of Carmarthen, Drover (who died in the month of March in the year 1821), are, by their Solicitors, on or before the 2d day of Fehruary 1836, to come in and prove their debts before Jefferies Spranger, Esq. one of the Masters of the 'said Court, at his Chambers, in Tanfield-Court, in the Inner Temple, London, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded the benefit of the said Decree.

SAMUEL HOWES' ASSIGNMENT.

NOTICE is hereby, given, that by a certain indenture of assignment, bearing date the 23d day of December 1835, Samuel Howes, of Broadway, Westminster, in the County of Middlesex, Linen-Draper, hath assigned all his stock in trade, household furniture, fixtures, and all and singular other his estate and effects to Samuel Adams, of Milk-Street, in the City of London, Warehouseman, William Johnson, of Maiden-Lane, Wood-Street, in the said City of London, Warehouseman, and James Simes, of Wood-Street aforesaid, Warehouseman, as Trustees upon trust, for the equal benefit of all and every the Creditors of the said Samuel Howes; and that the same indenture was duly executed by the said Samuel Howes on the said 23d day of December now last past, and by the said Samuel Adams, William Jotmson, and James Sinies, respectively, on the 24th day of December now last past; and such Execution was and is attested by Georpe Hensman, of No. 8, Basing-Lane, Cheapside, in, the said City of London, Solicitor; and such deed now lies at the Office of Messrs. Turner and Hensman, of Basing-Lane, Bread-Street., Cheapside, in the said City of London, Solicitors, for execution by the Creditors of the said Samuel Howes.—Basing-Lane, Bread-Street, January 6, 1636.

THE Creditors who have proved their debts under a Fiat in Bankruptcy awarded and issued forth against David James, of Dartford, in the County of Kent, Banker, are requested to meet the Assignees of the estate and effects of the. said Bankrupt, on Monday the 1st day of February next, at Twelve o'clock at Noon precisely, at the Court of Bankruptcy, in Basinghall-Street, in the City of London, to consider the propriety of compromising a suit in equity brought by the said Assignees against John Wheeler James, of Dart- ford, in the County of Kent, Currier, to recover from him the said John Wheeler James, a certain debt or balance due by him to the said Bankrupt's estate; and also to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees compounding, settling and adjusting the said debt or balance due from the said John Wheeler James to the said Bankrupt's estate.

THE Creditors who have proved their debts under a Fiat in Bankruptcy awarded and issued forth against William Hughes, of Cheltenham, in the County of Gloucester, Hotel-Keeper, Dealer and Chapman, are requested to meet the Assignees of the said Bankrupt, on Saturday the 30th day of January instant, at Two o'clock in the Afternoon, at the Star Hotel, in Cheltenham aforesaid, to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees commencing, prosecuting, or defending any action or actions at lawyer suit or suits in equity, or other legal proceedings, as they shall think expedient, for the recovery, defence, or preservation of the said Bankrupt's property, estate, or effects, or in any way relating thereto; and to the said Assignees compounding, submitting to arbitration any debt or debts, demand or demands, belonging to or connected with the said Bankrupt's estate.

THE Creditors who have proved their debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against Sir Matthew Bloxam, Knt. Thomas Wilkinson, and William Bloxam, of Gracechurch-Street, London; Bankers and Copartners, are requested to meet the Assignees of the estate and effects of the said Bankrupts, on Saturday the 30th day of January instant, at Ten o'clock in the Forenoon precisely, at the Court of Bankruptcy, in Basinghall-Street, in the City of London, to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees submitting to arbitration, to an arbitrator to be named at the said meeting, or to such other person or persons as the said Assignees may think fit, a dispute pending between the said Assignees and the Assignees under a separate Commission issued against the said Sir Matthew Bloxam, in respect of a claim made by the last mentioned Assignees to a portion of a sum of money recovered and received from a person, who will also be named at the said meeting; and also to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees of the said Sir Matthew Bloxam, Thomas Wilkinson, and William Bloxam, compounding, compromising, or otherwise agreeing the said dispute, upon such terms and in such manner as they may think proper or to their prosecuting or defending any proceedings, either at law, in equity, or otherwise as they may lie advised, for the purpose of settling and determining the said dispute; and fully to authorise the said Assignees thereon.

WHEREAS a Fiat in Bankruptcy, bearing date on or about the 13th day of October 1835, was awarded and issued forth against Charlotte Mason and Charles Mason, of Piccadilly, in the Parish of Saint George, Hanover-Square, in the County of Middlesex, Livery Stable-Keepers, Dealers and Chapmen; this is to give notice, that the said Fiat is, by order of the Court of Review in Bankruptcy, bearing date the 29th day of December 1835, and confirmed by the Lords Commissioners for the custody of the Great Seal of Great Britain and Ireland, rescinded and annulled.

WHEREAS a Fiat in Bankruptcy, bearing date on or about the 3Oth day of March 1835, was awarded and issued forth against William Harris, of Fareham, in the County of Southampton, Cattle or Sheep Salesman, Dealer and Chapman; this is to give notice, that the said Fiat is, by an order of the Court of Review in Bankruptcy, and confirmed by the Right Honourable the Lords Commissioners for the custody of the Great Seal of Great Britain and Ireland, rescinded and annulled.

WHEREAS a Fiat in Bankruptcy is awarded and issued forth against Peter Walker, of Quickset-Row, in the New-Road, in the County of Middlesex, Builder, Dealer and Chapman, and he being declared a Bankrupt is hereby required to surrender himself to Charles Frederick Williams, Esq. a Commissioner of His Majesty's Court of Bankruptcy, on this 18th day of January instant, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon precisely, and on the 19th day of, February next, at Twelve at Noon precisely, at the Court of Bankruptcy, in Basinghall-Street. in the City of London, and make a full discovery and disclosure of his estate and effects; when and where the Creditors are to come prepared to prove their debts, and at the first sitting to choose Assignees, and at the last silting the said Bankrupt is required to finish his examination, and the Creditors are to assent to or dissent from the allowance of his certificate. All persons indebted to the said Bankrupt, or that have any of his effects, are not to pay or deliver the same, but to whom the Commissioner may appoint, but give notice to Mr. T . H. Peile, Solicitor.,34, Old Broad-Street, and to Mr. George John Graham, Official Assignee, 3, Copthall-Buildings.

WHERAS a Fiat in Bankruptcy is awarded and issued forth against William Buck, late of Hammersmith, in the County of Middlesex, Victualler, Dealer and Chapman, and he being declared a Bankrupt is hereby required to surrender himself to John Samuel Martin Fonblanque, Esq. a Commissioner of His-Majesty's Court of Bankruptcy, on the 15th of January instant, at One in the Afternoon precisely, and on the 19th of February next, at Twelve at Noon precisely, at the Court of Bankruptcy, in Basinghall-Street, in the City of London, and make a full discovery and disclosure of his estate and effects; when and where the Creditors are to come prepared to prove their debts, and at the first sitting to choose Assignees, and at the last sitting the said Bankrupt is required to finish his examination and the Creditors are to assent to or dissent from the allowance of his certificate. All persons indebted to the said Bankrupt, or that have any of his effects, are not to pay or deliver the same, but to Mr. Pennell, the Official Assignee, whom the Commissioner has appointed, and give notice to Mesrrs. Langham, Solicitors, Bartlett's -Buildings, Holborn.

WHERAS a Fiat in Bankruptcy is awarded and issued forth against John Moser, of No. 143, Oxford-Street, in the County of Middlesex, Cabinet Maker, Dealer and Chapman, and he being declared a Bankrupt is hereby required to surrender himself to Joshua Evans, Esq. a Commissioner of His Majesty's Court of Bankruptcy, on the 12th of January instant, at Two in the Afternoon, and on the 19th of February next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon precisely, at the Court of Bankruptcy, in, Basinghill-Street, in
