the City of London, and make a full discovery and disclosure of his estate and effects; when and where the Creditors are to come prepared to prove their debts, and at the first sitting to choose Assignees, and at the last sitting the said Bankrupt is required to finish his examination, and the Creditors, are to assent to or dissent from the allowance of his certificate. All persons indebted to the said Bankrupt, or that have any of his effects, are not to pay or deliver the same but to whom the Commissioner shall appoint, but give notice to Messrs. Watson and Sons, Solicitors, Bouverie-Street, Fleet-Street; (Mr. Johnson, Official Assignee, Basinghall-Street).

WHEREAS a Fiat in Bankruptcy is awarded and issued forth against Andrew Ashworth, of Haslingden, in the County Palatine of Lancaster, Woollen-Manufacturer, Dealer and Chapman, and he being declared a Bankrupt is hereby required to surrender himself to the Commissioners in the said Fiat named, or the major part of them, on the 4th and 19th of February next, at Eleven in the Forenoon on each of the said days, at the Commercial Inn, in Bolton, in the said County of Lancaster, and make a full discovery and disclosure of his estate and effects; when and where the Creditors are to come prepared to prove their debts, and at the first sitting to choose Assignees, and at the last sitting the said Bankrupt is required to finish his examination, and the Creditors are to assent to or dissent from the allowance of his certificate. All persons indebted to the said Bankrupt, or that have any of his effects, are not to pay or deliver the same hut to whom the Commissioners shall appoint, but give notice to Messrs. Milne, Parry, Milne, and Morris, Solicitors, Inner-Temple, London, or to Mr. Mitchell, Solicitor, Haslingden.

THE Commissioners in a Fiat in Bankruptcy awarded and issued forth against William Hughes, of Cheltenham, in the County of Gloucester, Hotel-Keeper, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 30th of January instant; at Eleven in the Forenoon precisely, at the Star Hotel, in Cheltenham aforesaid, in order to receive Proofs of Debts under the said Fiat; and at which meeting the said Bankrupt is required to finish his examination.

THE Commissioners in a Fiat in Bankruptcy awarded and issued forth against William Walker Jenkins, of Birmingham, in the County of Warwick, Brass-Founder, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 5th of February next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon, at the Hen and Chickens Inn, in Birmingham, in the County of Warwick aforesaid (by adjournment from the 1st day of January instant), in order to take the Last Examination of the said Bankrupt; when and where he is required to surrender himself, and make a full discovery and disclosure of his estate and effects, and finish his examination; and the Creditors, who have not already proved their debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, and, with those who have proved their debts, are to assent to or dissent from the allowance of his certificate.

CHARLES FREDERICK WILLIAMS, Esq. one of His Majesty's Commissioners authorised to act under a Fiat in Bankruptcy, bearing date the 9th day of September 1835, awarded ans issued forth against Isaac Pemberton, of the City of Worcester, Brush-Maker and Tobacco Pipe-Manufacturer, Dealer and Chapman, will sit on the 1st day of February next, at Eleven o'clock in the Forenoon precisely, at the Court of Bankruptcy, in Basinghall-Street, in the City of London, in order to Audit the Accounts of the Assignees of the estate and effects of the said Bankrupt under the said Fiat, pursuant to an Act of Parliament, made and passed in the sixth year of the reign of His late Majesty King George the Fourth, intituled "An Act to amend the laws relating to Bankrupts."

JOHN HERMAN MERIVALE, Esq. one of His Majesty's Commissioners authorised to act under a Fiat in Bankruptcy hearing date the 29th day of September 1835, awarded and issued forth against John Shayler, of Blackman-Street, in the Borough of Southwark, in the County of Surrey, Draper, Dealer and Chapman, will sit on the 29th day of January instant, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon precisely, at the Court of Bankruptcy, in Basinghall-Street, in the City of London, to Audit the Accounts of the Assignee of the estate and effects of the said Bankrupt under the said Fiat, pursuant to an Act of Parliament, made and passed in the sixth year of the reign of His late Majesty King George the Fourth, intituled "An Act to amend the laws relating to Bankrupts"

THE Commissioners in a Fiat in Bankruptcy, bearing date the 28th day of August 1835, awarded and issued forth against William Hindell. of Brayton, in the County of York, Victualler, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 29th of January instant, at Eleven in the Forenoon, at the Robin Hood Inn, in the City of York, to Audit the Accounts of the Assignees of the estate and effects of the said Bankrupt under the said Fiat, pursuant to an Act of Parliament, made and passed in the sixth year, of the reign of His late Majesty King George the. Fourth, intituled "An Act to amend the laws relating to Bankrupts."

THE Commissioners in a Fiat in Bankruptcy, bearing date the 18th day of August 1835, awarded and issued forth against John Rhodes, of Longwood, in the Parish of Huddersfield, in the County of York, Clothier, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 10th day of February next, at Ten in, the Forenoon, at the George Inn, in Huddersfield, in order to Audit the Accounts of the Assignees of the estate and effects of the said Bankrupt under the said Fiat, pursuant to an Act of Parliament, made and passed in the sixth year of the reign of His late Majesty King George the Fourth, intituled "An Act to amend the laws relating to Bankrupts;" when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their debts, are to come prepared to prove the same. And all claims not then proved will be disallowed.
