Partnership which formerly subsisted between us the undersigned, Samuel Vincent Pryce and Tobias Michell, of the Town of Redruth, in the County of Cornwall, who carried on business in the said Town of Redruth, in the County aforesaid, under the firm of Pryce and Michell, Surgeons and Apothecaries, was dissolved on the 31st day of July, in the year 1830. —Dated this 7th day of January 1836.

THE Copartnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, as General Brokers, at Liverpool, in the County of Lancaster, under the firm of George and William Wainwright, is this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts owing by the said late Copartnership will be paid by the undersigned George Johnson Wainwright, to whom all debts due to the concern are to be paid, and by whom the business will henceforth be continued, on his own account solely.— Dated the 1st day of January 1836.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership lately subsisting between the undersigned, Robert Stebbing and George Hallows, carrying on business as Saddlers and Harness-Makers, in Rampant Horse-Street, in the Parish of Saint Stephen, in the City of Norwich,under the firm of Stebbing and Hallows, was dissolved, by mutual consent, on the 31st day of December last; and that all debts due to and from the said Partnership will be received and paid by the said George Hallows, who will in future carry on the business on his own account. —Dated this 7th day of January 1836.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the profession of Surgeons and Apothecaries, carried on in Copatnership together by Henry Oldknow and George Mills White, of the Town of Nottingham, was dissolved, by mutual consent, on the 31st day of December last ; and that all debts due and owing to and from the said late Partnership will be received and paid by the said George Mills White and William Taylor, of the said Town, Accountant ami General Money Agent; and that the said George Mills White will in future carry on the said profession on his own account: As witness our hands this 9th day of January 1836.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Jonas Haley, Charles Haley, Joseph Butler, and George Taylor, at Stanningley, or elsewhere, in the County of York, as Iron and Brass Founders, under the firm of Jonas Haley and Company, was this day dissolved by mutual consent, so far as regards the said Jonas Haley; and that the said business will be henceforth carried on by the said Charles Haley, Joseph Butler, and George Taylor, by whom all debts due to and owing from the said Partnership will be received and paid : As witness their hands the 1st day of January 1836.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Edward Garritte, late of Manchester,. in the County of Lancaster, deceased, and the undersigned Shepherd Duckworth, as Spirit-Merchants and Porter-Dealers, carried on at Manchester aforesaid, under the firm of Garritte and Duckworth, was determined, by the death of the said Edward Garritte, on the 23d day of October last. All debts owing to and by the said late concern will be received and paid by the said Shepherd Duckworth, by whom the business will be carried on in future, on his own account. —Dated this 8th day of January 1836.
