Banker and Money-Scrivener, are requested to meet the Assignee of the said Bankrupt's estate and effects, on Saturday the 23d day of January instant, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon, at the Talbot Hotel, in Witton-Street, Northwich, in the said County of Chester, to take into consideration, and, if thought fit, to authorise and empower the Said Assignee to make an allowance or abatement, or allowances or abatements, to a purchaser or purchasers of such part or parts of the said Bankrupt's estate as will be mentioned at the said, meeting, particularly a chief rent, payable out of an estate in Lostock Gralam, in the said County, in consequence of the title or titles being defective, or to consider of giving part or parts of the purchase money or moneys by way of compromise to parties, necessary to the making a good title, with a view to the immediate completion of the contract or contracts entered into by the said Assignee for the side or sales thereof; and to authorise him to compound or settle the same on such terms as the Creditors at such meeting may direct or to give full power to the said Assignee to settle the same as he may think best, and to take all such measures as snail be necessary for the final settlement of the said Bankrupt's estate, that a final dividend may be made with as little delay as possible.

THE Creditors who have proved their debts under a Fiat in Bankruptcy awarded and issued forth against John Rhodes Pidding, late of George-Yard, Lombard-Street, in the City of London, and of Bollard's-Lane, Finchley, in the County of Middlesex, Merchant, Dealer and Chapman, are requested to meet the Assignees of the estate and effects of the said Bankrupt, on Wednesday the 3d day of February next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, at the Court of Bankruptcy, in Basinghall-Street, in, the City of London, in order to assent to or dissent from, the said Assignees submitting certain disputes which have arisen and are now pending between them the said Assignees and Mr. John Campbell, touching and concerning divers matters relating to the said Bankrupt's estate, to the determination of Charles Frederick Williams, Esq. one of His Majesty's Commissioners authorised to act under the said Fiat; and also to assent to or dissent from the payment, out of the said Bankrupt's estate, of the costs, charges, and expences incurred by some of the principal Creditors of the said Bankrupt in the investigation of bis affairs, and in the search after and discovery of his dealings, transactions, and property in London, and elsewhere, prior to the issuing of the said Fiat; and on other special affairs.

THE Creditors who have proved their debts under a Fiat in Bankruptcy awarded and issued forth against William Day, of Providence-Buildings, New Kent-Road, in the County of Surrey, Plumber, Painter, and Glazier, Dealer and Chapman, are requested to meet the Assignee of his estate and effects, on Wednesday the 3d day of February next, at Eleven o'Clock in the Forenoon precisely, in order to assent to or dissent from the said Assignee compromising and settling a certain claim or dispute between the said Assignee and Mr. J . H . Tyas, respecting the goods, chattels, and effects of the said Bankrupt, seized by virtue of an execution at the suit of the said J. H . Tyas, in such manner as the said Assignee.shall think fit; and on other special affairs.

WTHEREAS a Fiat in Bankruptcy is awarded and issued forth against Robert Drew, of Hampstead-Road, in the County of Middlesex, Currier, Dealer and Chapman, and he being declared a Bankrupt is hereby required to surrender himself to Charles Frederick Williams, Esq. a Commissioner of His Majesty's Court of Bankruptcy, on the 20th day of January instant, at Twelve of the Clock at Noon precisely, and on the 23d day of February next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon precisely, at the Court of Bankruptcy, in Basinghall-Street, in the City of London, and make a fall discovery and disclosure of his estate and effects; when and where the Creditors are to come.prepared to prove their debts, and at the. first sitting to choose Assignees, and at the last sitting the said Bankrupt is required to finish his examination, and the Creditors are to assent to or dissent from the allowance of his certificate. All persons indebted to the said Bankrupt, or that have any of his effects, are not to pay or deliver the same, but to whom the Commissioner may appoint, but give notice to Mr. John Billing, Solicitor, King-Street, Cheapside, and to Mr. James Clark, Official Assignee, 28, St. Switbin's-Lane, Lombard-Street.

WHEREAS a Fiat in Bankruptcy is awarded and issued forth against George Thomas Clough, of No, 14, George-Street, Great Surrey-Street, Blackfriars, in the County of Surrey, Baker, Dealer and Chapman, and he being declared a Bankrupt it hereby required to surrender himself to Robert George Cecil Fane, Esq. a Commissioner of His Majesty's Court of Bankruptcy, on the 23d of January instant, at Twelve at Noon precisely, and on the 23d day of February next, at Two in the Afternoon precisely, at the Court of Bankruptcy, in Basinghall-Street, in the City of London, and make a full discovery and disclosure of his estate and effects; when and where the Creditors are to come prepared to prove their debts, and at the first sitting to choose Assignees, and at the last sitting the said Bankrupt is required to finish his examination, and the Creditors are to assent to or dissent from the allowance of his certificate. All persons indebted to the said Bankrupt, or that have any of his effects, ate not to pay or deliver the same but to whom the Commissioner may appoint, but give notice to Mr. Young, Solicitor, Mark-Lane, London, or to Mr. Wm. WHEREAS a Fiat in Bankruptcy is awarded and issued forth against George Hewitt, of Brixton-Road, North Brixton, in the County of Surrey, Coach Master and Omnibus Proprietor, Buyer and Seller of Horses, and Letting Horses and Carriages for Hire, Dealer and Chapman, and be being declared a Bankrupt it hereby required to surrender himself to John Samuel Martin Fonblanque, Esq. a Commissioner of His Majesty's Court of Bankruptcy, on the 10th of January instant, at half past Two'clock in the Afternoon precisely, and on the 23d of February next, at Twelve at Noon precisely, at the Court of Bankruptcy, in Basinghall-Street, in the City of London, and make a full discovery and disclosure of his estate and effects; when and where the Creditors are to come prepared to prove their debts, and at the first sitting to choose Assignees, and at the last sitting the said Bankrupt is required to finish his examination, and the Creditors are to assent to or dissent from the allowance of his certificate. All persons indebted to the said Bankrupt, or that have any of his effects, are not to pay or deliver the same but to Mr. Belcher, Official Assignee, whom the Commissioner has appointed, and give notice to Mr. Sadgrove, Solicitor, 52, Mark-Lane.

WHEREAS a Fiat in Bankruptcy is awarded and issued forth against Beriah Brook, of No. 2, South Lambeth, in the County of Surrey, Surgeon and Apothecary, Dealer and Chapman, and he being declared a Bankrupt is hereby required to. surrender himself to Edward Holroyd, Esq. a Commissioner of His Majesty's Court of Bankruptcy, on the 19th day of January instant, at Twelve of the Clock at Noon precisely, and on the 23d day of February next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon precisely, at the Court of Bankruptcy, in Basinghall-Street, in the City of London, and make a lull discovery and disclosure of his estate and effects; when and where the Creditors are to come prepared to prove their debts, and at the 6rat sitting to choose Assignees, and at the last sitting the said Bankrupt is required to finish his examination, and the Creditors are to assent to or dissent from the allowance of bis certificate. All persons indebted to the said Bankrupt, or that have any of his effects, are not to pay or deliver the same but to Mr. Thomas Massa Alsager, No. 6, King's-Arms Buildings, Cornhill, the Official Assignee, whom the Commissioner has appointed, and give notice to Messrs. WHEREAS a Fiat in Bankruptcy is awarded and issued forth against Trytle Joel, of the Town and County of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Dealer in Gold and Silver Watches and Jewelry, Dealer and Chapman, and he being declared a Bankrupt is hereby required to surrender himself to the Commissioners in the said Fiat named, or the major part of them, on the 3d day of February next, at Eleven o'clock in the Forenoon, and on the 23d day of the same month, at One of the Clock in the Afternoon, at the Bankrupt Comumission-Room, in the Royal Arcade, in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and make a full discovery and disclosure of his estate and effects; when and where the Creditors are to come prepared to prove their debts, and at the first sitting to choose Assignees, and at the last sitting the said Bankrupt is required to finish his examination, and the Creditors are to assent to or dissent
