DEVELOPMENTAL TEST AND EVALUATION, DEFENSE For expenses, not otherwise provided for, of independent activities of the Deputy Director of Defense Research and Engineering (Test and Evaluation) in the direction and supervision of developmental test and evaluation, including performance and joint developmental testing and evaluation; and administrative expenses in connection therewith; $180,550,000, to remain available for obligation until September 30, 1991. OPERATIONAL TEST AND EVALUATION, DEFENSE For expenses, not otherwise provided for, necessary for the independent activities of the Director, Operational Test and Evalua- tion in the direction and supervision of operational test and evalua- tion, including initial operational test and evaluation which is conducted prior to, and in support of, production decisions; joint operational testing and evaluation; and administrative expenses in connection therewith; $12,725,000, to remain available for obligation until September 30, 1991. TITLE V REVOLVING AND MANAGEMENT FUNDS NAVY STOCK FUND For the Navy stock fund; $40,500,000. AIR FORCE STOCK FUND For the Air Force stock fund; $126,100,000.
