PUBLIC LAW 101-507—NOV. 5, 1990 104 STAT. 1387 under the terms of the agreement, improprieties in the bidding process, failure to comply with any law, rule or regulation regarding the validity of the agreement, or any other legal basis sufficient for the rescission of the agreement; or (B) at the time of certification, the Corporation finds that there may be sufficient evidence to provide a legal basis for the rescission of the assistance agreement, but the Corporation determines that it may be in the best interest of the Government to restructure, modify or renegotiate the assistance agreement; and (3) the Corporation has or will promptly exercise any and all legal rights to modify, renegotiate, or restructure the agreement where savings would he realized by such actions. This Act may be cited as the "Departments of Veterans Affairs and Housing and Urban Development, and Independent Agencies Appropriations Act, 1991". Approved November 5, 1990.
