LAND ACQUISITION AND STATE ASSISTANCE For an additional amount for "Land acquisition and State assistance", $1,274,000, to be derived from the Land and Water Conservation Fund, to remain available until expended, to replenish funds used for emergency actions related to storm damaged facilities within National Park System areas; and in addition, an additional amount not to exceed $5,000,000, to remain available until expended, to be derived by transferfrombalances under the heading "Construction", for project modifications authorized by section 104 of the Everglades National Park Protection and Expansion Act of 1989, to be available for Federal assistance to the State of Florida^ for acquisition of lands or interests therein adjacent to, or affecting the restoration of, natural water flows to Everglades National Park and Florida Bay.
