Sa b o, J r., for the acts of valor during the V ietnam W ar described in subsection (b). (b) A C T S O F VA L OR DE SCRI B E D .— T he acts of valor referred to in subsection (a) are the actions of Leslie H. Sabo, Jr., on May 10, 1 9 70, as a member of the United States Army serving in the grade of Specialist Four in the R epublic of Vietnam with Company B of the 3d Battalion, 5 0 6 th I nfantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division. SEC. 56 2 . AUTHORIZATION AND REQUEST FOR AWARD OF MEDAL OF HONOR TO HENR Y SVEHLA FOR ACTS OF VALOR DURING THE K OREAN WAR. (a) AUTHORIZATION.—Notwithstanding the time limitations specified in section 3744 of title 10, United States Code, or any other time limitation with respect to the awarding of certain medals to persons who served in the Armed Forces, the President is author- ized and requested to award the Medal of Honor under section 3741 of such title to Henry Svehla for the acts of valor described in subsection (b). (b) ACTS OF VALOR DESCRIBED.—The acts of valor referred to in subsection (a) are the actions of Henry Svehla on June 1 2 , 1952, as a member of the United States Army serving in the grade of Private First Class in K orea with Company F of the 32d Infantry Regiment, 7th Infantry Division. SEC. 56 3 . AUTHORIZATION AND REQUEST FOR AWARD OF MEDAL OF HONOR TO WOODROW W. KEEBLE FOR ACTS OF VALOR DURING THE KOREAN WAR. (a) WAI V EROFTI M E LIMITATIONS.—Notwithstanding the time limitations specified in section 3744 of title 10, United States Code, or any other time limitation with respect to the awarding of certain medals to persons who served in the Armed Forces, the President is authorized and requested to award the Medal of Honor under section 3741 of such title to Woodrow W. Keeble for the acts of valor described in subsection (b). (b) ACTS OF VALOR DESCRIBED.—The acts of valor referred to in subsection (a) are the actions of Woodrow W. Keeble of the United States Army as an acting platoon leader on O ctober 20, 1950, during the Korean War. SEC. 56 4 . AUTHORIZATION AND REQUEST FOR AWARD OF MEDAL OF HONOR TO P RIVATE PHILIP G. SHADRACH FOR ACTS OF VALOR AS ONE OF ANDREWS ’ RAIDERS DURING THE CIVIL WAR.
