(a) T EC H NICA L CHAN G E S TO U NITED STATES CODE.— ( 1 ) TITLE 5 .—Title 5, United States Code, is amended by stri k ing ‘ ‘National I magery and M apping Agency’’ each place it appears and inserting ‘‘National G eospatial-Intelligence Agency’’. (2) TITLE 4 4.—Title 44, United States Code, is amended by striking ‘‘National Imagery and Mapping Agency’’ each place it appears and inserting ‘‘National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’’. (b) TECHNICAL CHANGES TO O THE R ACTS.— (1) E THICS IN GO V ERN M ENT ACT O F 19 78 .—Section 105(a)(1) of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 (Public L aw 95 – 521

(2) INS P ECTOR GENERAL ACT OF 1978.—Section 8 H of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (Public Law 95–452; 5 U.S.C. App.) is amended— (A) in subsection (a)(1)(A), by striking ‘‘National Imagery and Mapping Agency’’ and inserting ‘‘National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’’; and ( B ) in subsection (g)(1), by striking ‘‘National Imagery and Mapping Agency’’ and inserting ‘‘National Geospatial- Intelligence Agency’’. ( 3 ) EMPLO Y EE POLYGRAPH PROTECTION ACT OF 1988.—Sec- tion 7(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Employee Polygraph Protection Act of 1988 (29 U.S.C. 2006(b)(2)(A)(i)) is amended by striking ‘‘National Imagery and Mapping Agency’’ and inserting ‘‘National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’’. (4) LEGISLATIVE B RANCH APPROPRIATIONS ACT, 1993.—Sec- tion 207(a)(2)(B) of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1993 (Public Law 102–392; 44 U.S.C. 501 note), is amended by striking ‘‘National Imagery and Mapping Agency’’ and inserting ‘‘National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’’.
