(2) INS P ECTOR GENERAL ACT OF 1978.—Section 8 H of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (Public Law 95–452; 5 U.S.C. App.) is amended— (A) in subsection (a)(1)(A), by striking ‘‘National Imagery and Mapping Agency’’ and inserting ‘‘National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’’; and ( B ) in subsection (g)(1), by striking ‘‘National Imagery and Mapping Agency’’ and inserting ‘‘National Geospatial- Intelligence Agency’’. ( 3 ) EMPLO Y EE POLYGRAPH PROTECTION ACT OF 1988.—Sec- tion 7(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Employee Polygraph Protection Act of 1988 (29 U.S.C. 2006(b)(2)(A)(i)) is amended by striking ‘‘National Imagery and Mapping Agency’’ and inserting ‘‘National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’’.
