(1 0 ) TERM INATION.—The Commission shall terminate 10 years after the date of enactment of this Act. (f) ST UD YO FH INC H LIFFE STADIUM.— (1) IN G ENERAL.— N ot later than 3 fiscal years after the date on w hich f u nds are made available to carry out this section , the Secretary shall complete a study re g arding the preservation and interpretation of Hinchliffe Stadium, which is listed on the National R egister of Historic P laces. ( 2 ) INCLU S IONS.—The study shall include an assessment of— (A) the potential for listing the stadium as a National Historic L andmar k; and ( B ) options for maintaining the historic integrity of Hinchliffe Stadium. (g) AUTHORI Z ATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.—There are authori z ed to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out this section. SEC.70 0 2 . WIL LI AMJ E F FE R S ON CLIN T ON B IRT HP LACE HOME NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE. (a) AC Q UISITION OF PROPERTY; E STABLISHMENT OF HISTORIC SITE.—Should the Secretary of the Interior ac q uire, by donation only from the Clinton Birthplace Foundation, Inc., fee simple, unencumbered title to the W illiam J efferson Clinton Birthplace Home site located at 11 7 South Hervey Street, Hope, Arkansas, 71 8 01, and to any personal property related to that site, the Sec- retary shall designate the William Jefferson Clinton Birthplace Home site as a National Historic Site and unit of the National Park System, to be known as the ‘ ‘President William Jefferson Clinton Birthplace Home National Historic Site ’ ’. (b) APPLICABILITY OF O THER LA W S.—The Secretary shall admin- ister the President William Jefferson Clinton Birthplace Home National Historic Site in accordance with the laws generally applicable to national historic sites, including the Act entitled ‘‘An Act to establish a National Park Service, and for other purposes’’, approved August 25, 191 6 (16 U.S.C. 1 – 4), and the Act entitled ‘‘An Act to provide for the preservation of historic American sites, buildings, ob j ects and antiquities of national significance, and for other purposes’’, approved August 21, 1935 (16 U.S.C. 461 et seq.). SEC. 700 3 .RI V ER RAISIN NATIONAL BATTLEFIEL D PAR K . (a) ESTABLISHMENT.— (1) IN GENERAL.—If M onroe County or Wayne County, Michigan, or other willing landowners in either County offer to donate to the United States land relating to the Battles of the River Raisin on January 18 and 22, 1813, or the after- math of the battles, the Secretary of the Interior (referred to in this section as the ‘‘Secretary’’) shall accept the donated land. (2) D ESIGNATION OF PAR K .—On the acquisition of land under paragraph (1) that is of sufficient acreage to permit efficient administration, the Secretary shall designate the acquired land as a unit of the National Park System, to be Mich i gan.16USC430v v.
