And be it further enacted, That the Secretary of the Interimlinda Hm·mO,,_ be, and he is hereby, authorized to place the name of Melinda Harmon,ef the County of Greene, and State of Tennessee, widow of Jacob Harmon, on the pension roll, at the rate of eight dollars per month, to commence on the seventeenth day of December, eighteen hundred and sixty-one, and to continue during her widowhood.
