Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treas- wm R_ Hervey ury bc, and he is hereby, directed to pay to Will R. I]ervey, of Louisville, Payment m. ° Kentucky, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three thousand six hundred and thirty-nine dollars and twenty-tive cents, in full satisfaction of loss occurring to him by the payment of a forged check, as cashier of the United States depository at Louisville, Kentucky. Gaf and Company, to use a certain May 2, 1878, building in the city of Aurora, Indiana for the rectification of distilled spirits. ———-—·—-· Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Commissioner of T. & J. W. Goff Internal Revenue is hereby authorized to permit T. and J. \V. W. Gatf and Company: And providedfurther, That said T. and J. W. Gaif and Company comply with all other laws now in force in relation to the distillation and rectiiieation of spirits.
