Be it enacted by the Senate and House og Representatives of the fujuhgglmbbm United States of America in Congress assem led, That the Secretary ` of the Interior be, and is hereby, instructed to place on the pensionroll the name of Mahala Robbins, of Keokuk, Iowa, dependent mother of Caleb Hamone, otherwise known as Caleb Hammon , deceased, late a private in Company H, Fifty-sixth Regiment of United States Co ored Troops, and pay her a pension, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension law.
