Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the —,§{··g1'1`¤r~¤¢¤- Inter10r be, and hereby is, authorized to place upon the pension roll the °" ml" name of Anna Torrence, of Roanoke, Indiana, formerly widow of Elijah Groves, deceased, late a private in Company F, One hundredth Regiment of Indiana Volunteers in the war of the rebellion, and to pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, July 27, 1892. CHAP. 292.-An act granting relief to Jeremiah White, of Osage City, Kansas. JMX 27-1892- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the igmejghuxggzh Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the4 pension roll Jeremiah White, late private of Captain Hare Fel1ow’s company, Second Regiment Illinois Mounted Volunteers, Black Hawk war, eighteen hundred and thirty-one, and pay him a pension of eighteen dollars per month from and after the passage of this act, this pension being in lieu of the pension of six dollars per month which he is now receiving. Approved, July 27, 1892. CHAP. 293.-An act for the relief of Susan Lomasney. Jug Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the g;;:: £¤¤¤¤¤¤¤>· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name` of Susan Lomasney, widow of Willianl M. Lomasney, alias Mackey Company H. One hundred and seventy-ninth New York Infantry, upon the pension rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the act of June twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and ninety. Approved, July 27, 1892. CHAP. 294.-An act granting a pension to Mrs. Margaret Brackett. _ July 27, Be it enacted by the Senate and House in Representatives of the United States rg America in Congress assembled, That the Secretmy of the }}_§;;‘gg·_j;~* B¤···k¤¤· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the` pension roll the name of Mrs. Margaret Brackett, widow of Doctor James W. Brackett, late surgeon of the Ninth Regiment Illinois Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the passage of the bill. Approved, July 27, 1892. CHAP. 295.-An act granting a pension to Frances B.
