Cush- issldeliptolgsaisiti giinds ing, in lieu of United States four per centum registered bonds, funded _ loan of nineteen hundred and seven, numbered ten thousand seven hundred and twenty-nine, for fifty dollars; numbered forty-eight thousand six hundred and ten, forty-eight thousand six hundred and eleven, forty-eight thousand six hundred and twelve, for one hundred dollars · each; numbered twenty-four thousand two hundred and seventy, for five hundred dollars, inscribed in name of Elizabeth S. Cushing, and _ alleged to have been lost or destroyed: Pm/vided, That before the f;,'@,;ity b,,,,d_ issue of said duplicates the said McHenry Robinson, executor as aforesaid, shall execute or cause to be executed and deposited with the Secretary of the Treasury a bond of indemnity with good and sufficient sureties, subject to the approval of said Secretary, with condition to indemnify and save harmless the United States from any claim because of the lost or destroyed bonds. ‘ Approved, April 15, 1904. R. Lanson, of Tionesta, Dgiplicm b<>¤d is- Pennsylvania, a duplicate of United States four per centum coupon sm t°' bond numbered one hundred thousand and forty-four, funded loan of nineteen hundred and seven, for one hundred dollars, with interest, payable from, but not including, October first, eighteen hundred and _ eighty-six, the original having been burned; but before issuing said I”°“m““’ b°“d‘ duplicate bond the Secretary of the Treasury shall take from said Lanson a bond in the sum of three hundred dollars, with two satisfactory sureties, conditioned to indemnify the United States against said original bond numbered one hundred thousand and forty-four, and all claims therein.
