Chap. 1321.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to Alfred Kent.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alfred Kent, late second lieutenant, Company H, and first lieutenant and regimental commissary, Third Regiment Michigan Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Hiram W. White, late of Company K, Eighteenth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Loomis, late of Company D, Twelfth Regiment Kansas Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Mardin, widow of Riley H. Mardin, late of Company B. Fourth Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and second lieutenant Company A, One hundred and twenty-seventh Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
