 CHAP. 1590.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to John B. Calhoun.

No- 1430-] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Regresentatives of the United Im B_c,,m,,,,_ States of America in Oengress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¢¤¤i•>¤i¤<=r¤¤¤¤d- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ‘ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of John B. Calhoun, late of Company D, Third Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Jones, late of Company C, Twelfth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay ' er a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.
