Forgan. ppriézik Be it enacted by the Senate and ltoase of Representatives of the Lméted States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the i>;1¤i;i1¤iii.B`F°rg&°' pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Thomas B. Forgau, late of Company 1, Sixth Regiment United States Cavalry. Approved, April 23, 1904. _ CHAP. 1596.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Susan D. Lovell. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Amereba in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the i»Y§{§Y0B‘i{‘§§§j’,l,t,d_ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Susan D. Lovell, widow of James A. Lovell, late of Company K, Third Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
