Joy, of Andrew County, Missouri, out of any mongy in the Treasury not otherwise ap rplpriated, the sum of three hun red dollars, being the sum unlawlfzu y collected from him b the board of enrollment in the State of Ohio, namely, three hunched dollars, to furnish a substitute when drafted for service in the Army, he not being a citizen of Ohio at the time and serving as a soldier with the Missouri troops. IPriv¤¤<¤»N<>-1¤5·l Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United §}ff‘,:,2‘,l°,l,‘§,§‘,‘,§"c‘{§_ States of America in Congress assembled, That in the administration of MM- the pension laws the record of the muster of Nathaniel Huntley into the military service of the United States as a member of Company E, Fifth Regiment Michigan Cavalry Volunteers, shall be held to bevoid and without effect, said Huntley never in fact having been mustered into the service as a member of that organization and never having rendered any service with it, but served as a member of Company A, One hundred and fourth Regiment New York Volunteers, and was honorably discharged from that organization.
