Terms of the district court T°¤¤¤· for the western district shall be held at Greenville on the third Tuesdays in April and October. The eastern district shall include the nmemazin-ie:. territory embraced on the first day of July, nineteen hundred and ten, in the counties of Aiken, Bamberp, Barnwell, Beaufort, Berkeley, Calhoun Charleston, Chesterfield, C arendon, Colleton, Darlingpon, Dillon, Dorchester, Florence, Geoxigetown, Hampton, Horry, ershaw, Lee, Lexington, Marion, ll arlbcro, Orangeburg, Richland, Sumter, and Wilhamsbu . Terms of the district court for the T°"“· eastern district shall be hleid at Charleston on the first Tuesdays in June and December; at Columbia on the third Tuesday in January and the first Tuesday in November, the latter term to be solely for the trial of civil cases; and at Florence on the first Tuesday in March. The offices of the clerk of the district court shall be at 0¤¤¤· Greenville and at Charleston; and the clerk shall reside in one of said cities and have a deput in the other." "SBc. 186.
