The P °°` following provisions of the Telegraph Regulations, in articular, shall be applicable to radio correspondence: Article XX§H,)giragraiphs 3 to 6, relating to the collection of charges; Articles VI an XLI relating to the indication of the route to be followed; Article LXXV, paragraph 1, LXXVZIH, paragraphs 2 to 4, and LXXIX, paragraphs 2 and 4, relating to the preparation of accounts. owever:——-(1) The eriod of six months provided by paragrlalgh 2 of Article LXXIEC of the Telegraph Regulations for the ve cation of accounts shall be extended to nine months in the case of radio ams; (2) The provisions of Article XVI, paragraph 2 shall not glo considered as authorizing gratuitous transmission, through radio stations, of service telegrams relating exclusively to the te egraph service, nor the free transmission over the telegraph lines of service telegrams relat§` exclusively to the radio service· (3) The provisions of Article . paragraphs 3 and 5, shall not be applicable to radio accoimts. As regards the application of the provisions of the Telegraph Regulations, coastal stations shall be considered as offices of transit except when the Radio Regulations expressly stipulate that such stations shall be considered as offices of origin or of destination. In conformity with Article 11 of the Convention of London, the {-,¤nj¢¤·;*{¤,,}g*·*°*& present Regulations shall go into eifect on the first day of July, 1913.
