Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Mis souri Ri ver, at or near Nebraska City, N ebraska, authori zed to b e built by the Interstate Bridge Company, its sue ~ssors and assigns, by Act of Congress approved Apri l 23, 1928, are hereb y exte nded one and three years, respectively, from April 23, 1929 . SEC. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby exp ressly r eserved . Approved, March 2, 1929 . CHAP. 550 .-An Act To extend the time s for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Cumberland River at or near the mouth of Indi an C reek in Ru ssell Cou nty, Kentu cky . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Cumberland River, at or near the mouth of Indian Creek in Russell C ount y, K entu cky, aut hori zed to be bu ilt by the S tate Hig hway Commission, Commonwealth of Kentucky, by the Act of Congress approved May 18, 1928, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from May 18, 1929 . SEc. 2 . The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved . Approved, March 2, 1929 . CHAP. 551 .-An Act To extend the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Kanawha River between Henderson and Point Pleasant, West Virginia . Be it enacted by the Senate and Hou se of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Kanawha River at or n ear Point Pleasant, Mas on Co un ty, W est V ir- ginia, authorized to be built by the Point Pleasant and Henderson Bridge Company, its successors and assigns, by the Act of Congress approved April 6, 1928, are hereb y exte nded one and three years, respectively, from April 6, 1929 .
