Having decided to make in the provisions of the Sanitary 000- fted. vention signed at Paris on January 17, 1912, the changes that are called for by the new data of. prophylactic science and experience, to set up an intemational set of resrUlations relative to exanthematous typhus and smallpox and to broaden, as far as \X>ssible, the field of application of the principles which inspired the mternational health regulations, have decided to conclude a convention to that effect and have appointed as their plenipotentiaries, to wit: Plenipotentiaries.
