JULY 2, 1932 . [CHAPTER 391 .] AN ACT To a mend an Exec utiv e o rder pro mulg ated Aug ust 4, 1 911, pro hibi ting pro moti on of fig hts betw een bull s, dogs, or cock s . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That Section 1 of the Executive order of August 4, 1911, is hereby amended to read as fol low s " SECTION 1 . Any person w ho sets on foot, instiga tes, pro motes, or carries on any fights be tween co cks or o ther bir ds, or a ny dog f ight, or bull fight, or fight between other animals ; or who does any act as assistant, umpire, or principal in furtherance of any fight between any such animals, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $50, or by imprisonment in jail not to exceed thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court ." Approved, July 2, 1932 . [CHAPTER 392 .] AN ACT To amend section 5240, United States Revised Statutes, as amended (U. S. C., title 12, ch . 2, sec . 82), and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That section 5240, United States Revised Statutes, as amended (U . S. C., title 12, ch. 3, sets. 481, 482, 483, 484, 485), be amended by adding thereto a new paragraph reading : " In addition to the expense of examination to be assessed by the Comptroller of the Currency as heretofore provided, all national banks exercising fiduciary powers under the provisions of section 11 (k) of the Federal Reserve Act, as amended (U. S. C., title 12, ch. 3, sec. 248 (k) ), and all banks or trust companies exercising fiduciary powers in the District of Columbia shall be assessed by the Comp- trol ler of the Currency for the exa mina tion s of suc h fi duci ary powers, a fee in proportion to the amount of individual trust assets under administration and the total bonds and/or notes outstanding unde r co rpor ate bon d an d/or not e is sues for which the banks or trust companies are acting as trustees upon the dates of examination of the various banks or trust companies ." United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the herein- etc,seitet,auth riiz zed , a fter-de scribed land, fo rming a portion of the s ite of th e post office and cus tomh ouse bui ldin g in the city of Newark, New Jersey, be sold by the Secretary of the Treasury to the ci ty of Newark, New Jersey, a municipal corporation of New Jersey, for use as a public street, at a price not less than that determined to be the value of the land and improvements thereon by three appraisers to be selected by the Secretary of the Treasury, and at such time and upon such terms and conditions as the Sec ret ary of the Treasury may deem
