AN ACT Relat ing to t he defe rment an d adjus tment o f constr uction charges for the years 1931 and 1932 on Indian irrigation projects . Be ,it enacted by the Senate' and House o f Representatives o f the Indian ir riga tion Uni ted St ates o f Ame rica in Con g'ress assem bled, That the Secr etary prPayment of 1931 con- of the Interior is authorized, under such rules and regulations as he str ca tion cha rges de° may prescribe, to defer the payment of s uch of the construction charges as are in default for the calendar year 1931 on irrigation projects under the direction of the Commissioner of Indian Affairs, and to a djus t the con stru ction cha rges for the c alen dar year 1932 on such projects, in' the same manner and under the same terms as provided by the Act of Congress for the temporary relief of water users on irrigation projects constructed and 'operated under the Ante, p.75.
