Clerk 's of fice . of the Judicial Code, as amended (U.S.C., title 28, sec. 180), be amended to r ead as follow s : "SEC. 99. The State of North Dakota shall constitute one judicial district to be known as the district of North Dakota . The territory embraced on the 1st day of January 1932, in the counties of Adams, Billings, Bowman, Bnrlelgh, Dunn, Emmons, Golden Valley, Grant, Hettinger, Kidder, Logan, McIntosh, McLean, Mercer, Morton, Olives, Sioux, Slope, and Stark shall constitute the southwestern division of said district ; and the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Barnes, Cass, Dickey, Eddy, Foster, Grigg s, LaM oure, Ranso m, Ric hland, Sarge nt, S herida n, Ste ele, Stutsnlan, and Wells shall constitute the southeastern division ; and the territor y embraced on the date las t mentioned in the counties of Be nson, Bottin eau, Cavali er, Gr and Fo rks, Nelson , McHe nry, Pembina, Pierc e, Ramsey, Ro lette, Traill , Towner, and Walsh shall constitute the northeastern division ; and the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Burke, Divide, McKen- zie, Mountra il, Renville, Ward, and Wi lliams shall c onstitute the northwestern division . The several Indian reservations and parts thereof within said State shall constitute a part of the several divi- sions within which they are respectively situated . Terms of the district court for the southwestern division shall be held at Bis- marck on the second Tuesday in March ; for the southeastern divi- sion, at Fargo on the secon d Tuesday in December and a t Jamestown on the second Tuesday in October ; for the northeastern division, at Devils Lake on the second Tuesday in May and at Grand Forks on the second Tuesday in November ; and for the northwestern division, at Minot on the second Tuesday in April . The clerk of the court shall maintain an office in charge of himself or a deputy at each place at which court is held in his district" Appro ved, June 19, 1934 . [CHAPTER 665 .] June 19,193 4 .

"All domestic letters deposited in any post office for mailing, on l etter offi ce . which the postage is wholly unpaid or paid less than one full rate as required by law, except letters lawfully free, and duly certified letters of soldiers, sailors, and marines in the service of the United States, shall be sent by the postmaster to the dead-letter office in Or other designated Washington, or to a post office designated by the Postmaster General, o ffice . to be treated in the same manner as other undelivered letters .
