Sisko Be it enacted by the Seruzte and H0U8e of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Comp- troller General is authorized and directed to settle and certify for payment to Paul J. Sisk, a clerk in the post office at Spokane, Wash- m~on, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appro- prIated, the amount of $60, on account of an erroneous payment by him on money order numbered 234886, for that amount, issued at Payette, Idaho, on September 5, 1931. [CHAPTER 450.] AN ACT For the relief of Milburn Knapp. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secre- tary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay to Milburn Knapp, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $16,000 in full settlement of all claims against the United States for losses sustained by him as the result of the revocation by the Department of the Interior, on November 12, 1913, of a permit granted for the use of the 'Villiamson Ri ver in connection with a contract for the cutting and removal of certain timberlands in the Klamath Indian Reservation, in the State of Oregon, entered into on January 24, 1913, by Milburn Knapp and the Commissioner of Indian Affairs on behalf of the United States.
