Penalty provision . SEC. 7. In every case of the violation of any of the provisions of this Act where a specifi c penalty i s not here in provide d, such vi olator or violators, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than five years, or both . separability clause .
SEC. 8 . If any of the provisions of this Act, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of the Act, and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby .
