(a) For payment of the final judgments and decrees, includ ing co sts of suits , whic h have been render ed und er the pro- visions of the Act of March 3, 1887, entitled "An Act to provide for the bringing of suits against the Government of the United States", as amended by the Judicial Code, approved March 3, 1911 (U . S . C ., title 28, sec . 41, par . 20 ; see . 258 ; sees . 761-765), certified to the Seven ty-fo urth Congress in House Document Numbered 298 unde r the f ollowi ng dep artmen ts, na mely Department of Labor, $3,194 .74 ; War Department, $4,177 .50 ; In all, $7,372 .24, together with such additional sum as may be neces sary t o pay intere st on such j udgmen ts as and wh en spe cified therei n . (b) For the payment of judgments, including costs of suits, rendered against the Government of the United States by United States District Courts under the provisions of an Act entitled "An Act authorizing suits against the United States in admiralty for damag es cau sed by and s alvage servi ces re ndered to pu blic v essels belon ging t o the United State s, and for o ther p urpose s", ap proved March 3, 1925, (U . S . C ., title 46, sees . 781-789), certified to the Seventy-fourth Congress in House Document Num be red 29 8, and Senate Document Numbered 153, under the following departments, namely Navy Department, $500 ; Wa r Dep artm ent, $905 .48 ; In all, $1,405 .48, together with such additional sum as may be necessary to pay interest, where specified in such judgments, at the rate provided by law . (c) None of the judgments contained in this section shall be paid until the right of appeal shall have expired, except such as have become final and conclusive against the United States by failure of the pa rties to appeal or other wise .
