To prohi bit the commercial use of the coat of arms of the Swis s Co nfede rati on [S .4667 .] pursuant to the obligation of the Government of the United States under [Public, No. 729 .] art icle 28 of the Red Cross Convention signed at Geneva July 27, 1929 . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o America in Congress assembled, That it shall be Swiss Confederation . f
