That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, lions of land, etc. authorized, in his discretion, to accept in behalf of the United States, lands, interest in lands, easements, and improvements located on M cQueen s and Tybee Islan ds, in Chath am Co unty, Georgi a, as may be donated for an addition to the Fort Pulaski National Monu- ment, and upon acceptance thereof the same shall be a part of said monument, the title and evidence of title to lands acquired to be satisfactory to the Secretary of the Interior . Bridge construction. SEC . 3 . That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, author ized to construc t, or ca use to b e constr ucted, i n connec tion with and as a part of the road system of Fort Pulaski National Monument, a bridge or causeway and approaches thereto across the South Channel of the Savannah River from Cockspur Island to McQueens Island in Chatham County, Georgia, at a point which he may designate as most suitable to the interests of the Federal Government. That the administration, protection, and development of National Park Service . the aforesaid national monument as extended by this Act shall be exercised under the direction of the Secretary of the Interior by the National Park Service, subject to the provisions of the Act of U .S3Cpp5591 .
